I am a senior research fellow at Research Organization of Open Innovation and Collaboration, Ritsumeikan University and a course instructor at the College of Global Liberal Arts, a dual degree program with the College of Asia and the Pacific at the Australian National University (ANU). I received my PhD in Politics from Murdoch University, Australia. Starting 2025, I will join the University of Melbourne as a McKenzie Fellow.
